Pricing & Payment

All payments are processed automatically using the card you place on file during booking. You are only charged after your laundry is processed and ready for delivery.

If a payment attempt is declined, we'll send you a secure payment link so that you initiate and complete the payment. In this case promotions or discounts, if any, will be forfeited.

PAYG (Pay-As-You-Go): You pay by weight at $1.99/lb ($30 minimum).

No — we handle everything. PAYG customers' laundry is weighed at our facility. Members use our official bags (each holds about 25 lbs) and pay a per-bag rate.

Yes. All payment data is encrypted and stored by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your card details directly.

Memberships

We provide you with official Prestige bags. Each bag holds up to ~25 lbs. You fill them, we pick them up on your scheduled day, and you're billed a flat rate per bag.

Yes — skips made before the cutoff time (3 hours before pickup) are free. Late skips may incur a $10 fee.

The minimum per pickup is $50 for hotels and lodging properties, and $35 for barber shops and salons. These minimums ensure we can provide efficient, cost-effective service on every run. Most commercial clients easily meet these thresholds within their regular volume.

You supply your own linens and towels — we handle the washing, folding, and delivery. This lets you keep the brands, materials, and quality standards your business already uses. We simply make sure they come back spotless, soft, and neatly packaged every time.
