You supply your own linens and towels — we handle the washing, folding, and delivery. This lets you keep the brands, materials, and quality standards your business already uses. We simply make sure they come back spotless, soft, and neatly packaged every time.

Prestige Wash & Fold provides convenient laundry pickup, cleaning, and delivery for busy households across North Texas. By booking with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, including our payment and billing policies.
Please place your laundry in a visible and accessible location during your scheduled pickup window. If your items are left in an unsecured or unsafe area, we cannot guarantee their safety before pickup.
If we are unable to access your order during the scheduled window, the pickup may be missed or need to be rescheduled.
Card Authorization: A $1 temporary authorization is placed on your card at booking to verify that the payment method is valid. This is not a charge and is automatically released by your bank.
When You're Charged: Payment is processed after your laundry is completed. Completed orders are not delivered until payment has been successfully processed.
Secure Payments: All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment details directly.
Important: No completed order will be released or delivered until payment is successfully authorized and paid in full.
If your card is declined or payment cannot be completed, we will notify you and request an updated payment method. When needed, we will send a secure Stripe link to update your card.
We may hold your completed order until payment is resolved. Repeated failed payments may result in delayed service, suspension of service, or a requirement for prepayment on future orders.

Maximum Liability: If we are found responsible for a loss or damage, our liability is limited to up to 10 times the cost of the service for that order.
Any unpaid balance may result in delayed service or account suspension until resolved.
If a completed order remains unpaid for an extended period, it may be considered abandoned. In such cases, we may handle the items in accordance with applicable laws, including donation or disposal.
We may occasionally update pricing, service areas, or these Terms & Conditions. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.

If you are unhappy with your service, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer:
Refunds are issued as store credit unless otherwise approved.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Maximum liability is 10x the cost of the service for that order. We do not reimburse sentimental or replacement value.
Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins. You may cancel future cycles anytime. If we fail to pick up or deliver due to our error, we will credit your account.
Contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will review weight, bag count, and delivery logs. Adjustments will be made promptly if an error occurred.
If a payment fails, you will be notified immediately. Service may be paused until the card is updated. Unpaid balances may be sent to collections after 30 days.
